Brittney Goepfert and Mike Baptist exchanged their vows to one another, on Friday, September 30th, 2016. Family and close friends were there to witness this special occasion.
The reception took place in the Crystal Room. As guests entered the Crystal Room, they were able to take notice of how beautifully and elegantly decorated the room was. The Crystal Room was under dark blue lighting. The tables had a dark navy overlay covering them, and the chairs had dark navy satin sashes, to compliment the table overlays. The centerpieces on each table, was a light pink rose trio, provided by the Bloomery.
At 6:30, guests were served appetizers of cocktail meatballs with marinara sauce and signature loaded potatoes were brought around to them, by the Crystal Room staff. On the display table there was an assorted cheese ball display with crackers, buffalo chicken dip, which had pita chips on the side, spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips. Guests could also enjoy the open bar.
Dinner began at 7:30 with the Crystal Room staff delivering a fresh green garden salad to each guest followed by a wonderful buffet chosen by Brittney & Mike. For the main entrees, the couple had chosen beef tips and a traditional stuffed chicken breast with gravy. The sides chosen to go along with the main course were garlic smashed redskin potatoes and califlower, broccoli and carrot medley. There were also dinner rolls and butter on the tables, for guests to have with their dinner.
For dessert, everyone was served a piece of the wedding cake. The cake was a vanilla cake, with strawberry preserves filling and vanilla buttercream. It was beautifully decorated with navy blue and light pink ribbon. The cake was provided by Cakes by Natashia.
After dessert, it was time to get the party started! DJ Tim Young got everyone on the dance floor. The Bride and Groom were surrounded by their friends and family, and everyone was having a blast! A photographer from Love of The Lens, captured every moment. Brittney and Mike will be able to look back on this day for years to come!
The Crystal Room and Terrace Room would like to congratulate the Newlyweds! Best of luck Mr. and Mrs. Baptist!
