Butler Days Inn has been host to a Bridal Show for over 30 years. We have had many wedding vendors over the years to help make our bridal shows successful to the vendors and the customer. Our goal is to continue to make the bridal show a great experience for everyone, so that brides may find everything they are looking for and vendors get opportunities for their wedding business to grow.

Vendors….Get great exposure and leads from our Bridal Show. Brides are not the only ones who come, you will have future brides, friends & relatives. Think about it… a lot of people will need a DJ or photographer, Photo Booth, wedding cake or birthday cake & yes…cookies for all their, weddings, anniversary, graduation, birthday, Christmas and many other parties. Girls have home parties all the time, LipSense, Tupperware, Jewelry, candle, etc.,  the opportunities are endless! We ask that you please advertise to all your brides & Facebook fans, they may be in need of other vendors, and other vendors may have clients for you, so please, share the show on Facebook to help everyone have success!

Meet other local vendors to see what they have to offer, let them know what you have to share. This is a great chance for you to get your name out in the Butler County area as well as the Greater Pittsburgh area and other locations. Networking is the best free advertisement!

Six Steps to Wedding Show Success:

1) Before the show – prepare, in advance. Don’t wing it. Have a goal and a plan.
2) Prepare your follow-up before the show. Don’t wait for the bride list to arrive to decide what to do.
3) At the show – Make your booth stand out and reflect what you do, in an instant.
4) Staff your booth adequately and properly. Your niece may not be the best person to man your wedding booth.
5) Follow up as soon as your list arrives. Sooner if you made your own “hot list” from people you met in your booth.
6) Follow up again based upon their wedding date. It’s not dead until the wedding is over… and even then there’s still value.
